SCRD Field Road administration office open for limited in-person counter service

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the SCRD is working on a gradual phased approach to reopening SCRD facilities and restoring services to the public. The Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) has resumed limited front counter services at the Administration office, 1975 Field Road, in line with Phase 2 of the BC Restart Plan.

In-person counter service for receipt of payments is now available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. for the following services:

Utility bills
• Dog licenses
• Garbage collection stickers (for extra garbage cans)
• Other SCRD accounts receivable

Required measures and modified business practices per provincial health and safety guidelines and public health orders are in place for public and SCRD staff safety including requirements for physical distancing, enhanced sanitization protocols, limits on building capacity, installation of physical barriers, and directional and informational signage.

Remote services continue to be offered to limit the number of people needing to access the Field Road office. The public is encouraged to continue to access SCRD services online or by phone when at all possible:
